You can change the details of a business through the personalized e-Chamber online services for the following cases, as follows:

After logging in you go to tab Applications (see image 1) < New Application < Start Procedure < Select Application, where you select one of the available applications of the online system (see image 2).

Image 2 shows the screen displayed in the e-Chamber of individual businesses. The corresponding screen of companies has available the applications corresponding to Part D – F of the instructions.

 

PART A: ONLINE MODIFICATION OF SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP DATA RECORDED IN EEA

You can apply online to change the details of your sole proprietorship in the Chamber (change of registered office, activity etc.) from the tab: Application to modify Business data, following the relevant instructions, provided that you have paid any subscription debts and have a scanner or document conversion application for the camera of your smartphone), so that you can download the required documents in pdf format . If you have not yet registered with the Chamber’s online services, click here to register.

The supporting documents required are the following:

  • Signed Application Form (produced upon confirmation/correction of fields with the applicant’s data which are automatically completed by the system with the data kept in the member’s register),
  • Modification of Activities of the competent Tax Office.

The cost of data modification is € 10 and cover the cost of submitting an application to inform the General Commercial Register  (GCR). The GCR* account maintenance fees are also sent if not paid for the years from 2015 onwards (€ 30 per year) to the e-mail registered during the online modification application submission procedure. Sending the GCR account maintenance fees is mandatory because the application cannot be completed as long as there are due fees and therefore new data cannot be registered.

After the submission of the supporting documents to the e-chamber, the online application is processed by EEA services and e-mails are sent which have attached thereto the payment IDs (G.EMI. fee forms, EEA fees, if any) and the deadline for their payment.

Dias Barcode payment IDs are sent to the e-mail registered in the online application for modification and immediately after the system is updated on the payment of the fees due, an e-mail on the completion of the modification procedure is sent.

 

PART B: ONLINE REGISTRATION WITH EEA OF THE DISTINCTIVE TITLE OF SOLE PROPRIETORSHIPS

You can register online a Distinctive Title for your sole proprietorship from the tab: Application for pre-approval of tradename and distinctive title modification, following the relevant instructions, provided that you have paid any subscription debts and have a scanner or document conversion application for the camera of your smartphone, so that you can download the required documents in pdf format . If you have not yet registered with the Chamber’s online services, click here to register.

The supporting documents required are the following:

  • Signed Application Form (produced upon confirmation/correction of fields with the applicant’s data which are automatically completed by the system with the data kept in the member’s register)

The cost of data modification is € 10 and covers the cost of submitting an application to inform the General Commercial Register (GCR) and € 10.24 which covers the cost for the issuance by EEA of the Pre-approval of Distinctive Title Act. The GCR* account maintenance fees are also sent if not paid for the years from 2015 onwards (€ 30 per year) to the e-mail registered during the online application for the registration of the D.T.  Sending the GCR account maintenance fees is mandatory because the application cannot be completed as long as there are due fees and therefore new data cannot be registered.

After the submission of the supporting documents to the e-chamber, the online application is processed by EEA services and an e-mail is sent which encloses the payment IDs (G.EMI. and ΕΕΑ fees) and the deadline for their payment.

Dias Barcode payment IDs are sent to the e-mail registered in the online application for the registration of the D.T. and immediately after the payment of the due amounts, an information message is sent enclosing the relevant Pre-approval of Registration of the chosen Distinctive Title. This certificate should be presented to the competent Tax Office in order for the D.T. approved by the Chamber to be legally registered and subsequently the relevant Attestation of the Modification indicating the D.T. should be sent back to the Chamber’s services so that the tab of the of the Chamber and GCR can be updated. Attention! Without submitting to the Chamber the document on the Activities Modification with the D.T., the latter is not registered and after two months from the issuance of the Pre-approval Act, the Distinctive Title is free to be used.

 

PART C: ONLINE APPLICATION FOR THE DELETION OF A SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP FROM EEA

You can apply for the deletion of your individual business from the Chamber via the e-Chamber online services from the tab: Application for dissolution of the business,  following the relevant instructions, provided that you have paid any subscription debts and have a scanner or document conversion application for the camera of your smartphone, so that you can download the required documents in pdf format. The supporting documents required are the following:

  • Signed Application Form (produced upon confirmation/correction of fields with the applicant’s data which are automatically completed by the system with the data kept in the member’s register),
  • Interruption of Works of the competent Tax Office.

The cost of deletion from the Chamber is € 10 and covers the cost of submitting an application to inform the General Commercial Register  (GCR) and € 10.24 which covers the cost for the issuance of the Deletion Certificate (Certificate of Member Companies – History) to be used at the Unified Social Security Organization (E.F.K.A.), should you wish so. The GCR* account maintenance fees are also sent  if not paid for the years from 2015 onwards (€ 30 per year) to the e-mail registered during the online deletion application submission procedure.  Sending the GCR account maintenance fees is mandatory because the application cannot be completed as long as there are due fees and therefore data on the interruption of works is not possible.

After the submission of the supporting documents to the e-chamber, the online application is processed by EEA services and e-mails are sent which have attached thereto the payment IDs (G.EMI. fee forms, EEA fees, if any) and the deadline for their payment.

Dias Barcode payment IDs are sent to the e-mail registered in the online application for deletion and immediately after the system is updated on the payment of the fees due, an e-mail on the completion of the deletion procedure is sent.

 

PART D: ONLINE APPLICATION FOR AN EEA MEMBER-COMPANY CERTIFICATE (HISTORY)

You can apply online for a member company-certificate (history) from the tab: Member-Company Certificate (History),  following the relevant instructions, provided that you have paid any subscription debts and have a scanner or document conversion application for the camera of your smartphone, so that you can download the required documents in pdf format. The supporting documents required are the following:

  • Signed Application Form (produced upon confirmation/correction of fields with the applicant’s data which are automatically completed by the system with the data kept in the member’s register),

The cost of obtaining an erasure certificate is € 10.24. By submitting the signed application to the e-chamber, the Electronic Payment Code (Dias Barcode) is immediately issued by the electronic system. The electronic application is subsequently processed by EEA services and once the system in informed about the payment of the fee due, an email with the requested Certificate is sent.

 

PART E: ONLINE APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF DISTINCTIVE TITLE OR MODIFICATION OF TRADENAME OF COMPANIES IN EEA

You can register online the Distinctive Title  and/or change your company’s tradename from the tab: Application for pre-approval of tradename and distinctive title modification, following the relevant instructions, provided that you have paid any subscription debts and have a scanner or document conversion application for the camera of your smartphone, so that you can download the required documents in pdf format . The supporting documents required are the following:

  • Signed Application Form (produced upon confirmation/correction of fields with the applicant’s data which are automatically completed by the system with the data kept in the member’s register)

The cost is € 10.24 and covers the issuance of the Pre-approval Act of the Distinctive Title and Tradename Modification from EEA.

After the submission of the supporting documents to the e-chamber, the online application is processed by EEA services and an e-mail is sent which encloses the payment IDs (EEA fee) and the deadline for their payment. Once the system is updated with the payment of the fee due, an email is sent enclosing the Pre-approval Act of EEA and submission instructions to the GCR portal.

 

PART F: ONLINE ACTIVATION OF COMPANIES KAD IN EEA

Via the e-Chamber’s online services you can request the activation of new activities, provided that the company’s articles of association allow it without modification thereof, from the tab: Application for activation of KAD with Tax Office modification form, following the relevant instructions, provided that you have paid any subscription debts and have a scanner or document conversion application for the camera of your smartphone, so that you can download the required documents in pdf format. The supporting documents required are the following:

  • Signed Application Form (produced upon confirmation/correction of fields with the applicant’s data which are automatically completed by the system with the data kept in the member’s register),
  • Modification of Activities Certificate of the competent Tax Office.

After submitting the documents to the e-chamber, the online application is processed by the EEA Services and the modifications are registered immediately in EEA and G.EMI. registries.

 

KAD activation service is provided free of charge.
