REGISTRATION IN THE SPECIAL REGISTRY OF INSURANCE AND REINSURANCE INTERMEDIARIES BEFORE 4.4.2011

The natural person managing or, in the case of collective management, the natural persons who are members of the management and manage the intermediation activities (Insurance Advisors-Insurance Advisor Coordinators-Insurance Brokers-Insurance Agents) must hold the documents and certificates referred to in Presidential Decree 160/2006 (see registration supporting documents by category of natural persons-intermediaries).

Employees of the legal person directly involved in insurance or reinsurance intermediation must hold a successful examination certificate by the Technical Committee on Education and Intermediaries Examination in the material specified for this category.
