4. In respect of Public Limited Companies and Limited Liability Companies, the Government Gazettes in which the articles of associations and modifications thereof have been published.
5. In respect of Public Limited Companies it is also required to submit the minutes on the formation or modification of the Board of Directors and the registration in the Public Limited Companies registries of the Prefecture (newly set up companies will submit a Solemn Declaration on the submission of the above information).
